Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of retail theft occurred Friday at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township. During the incident, a 27-year-old St. Marys man allegedly removed a television. He was apprehended by Wal-Mart employees outside the store. Charges will be filed through the district court.
An incident of DUI occurred Saturday on Lovers Lane in Fox Township. A 75-year-old Kersey man conducted a routine traffic stop during which he was arrested for DUI and taken to the Elk Regional Health Center for blood testing. Charges are to be filed for DUI and related summary traffic violations through the district court.
