Petrini announces resignation as Penn State softball coach

Penn State softball coach Robin Petrini has announced her resignation. According to Director of Athletics Dave Joyner, Penn State will immediately launch a national search for her successor. Petrini recently completed her 17th season at Penn State. She is the softball program’s victories leader (489-437-2) and longest-tenured head coach.
