The Joint Operating Committee of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center recognized Mr. Joseph Peters of Clearfield as the 2013 Outstanding Educator.  He instructed the electronics technology program and is retiring after 43 years of service.
Lois Richards, CCCTC executive director, said, “One of Mr. Peters’ colleagues said that Mr. Peters gives his students 110 percent each and every day. Joe has truly been an outstanding educator for our school and will be missed.”
