The Joint Operating Committee of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center recognized Jarod Gearhart as the Outstanding Student for the 2012-13 school year.
He was a student in the Architectural Drafting program and also a graduate of Curwensville Area High School. He will be attending the University of Northwestern Ohio in the fall.
