Police Report: Sandy Township

A Kylertown woman reported Monday that while traveling in the DuBois Mall parking lot, a vehicle stopped in the middle of the lane. When she attempted to pass the vehicle, her son directed a comment toward the female driver. She exited her vehicle and started yelling at them before smashing the car window with her hand. The female returned to her vehicle and left the scene.
A 51-year-old Brockway woman reported that someone struck and damaged her vehicle while it was parked Monday at Wal-Mart.
A dog was reportedly running loose in the area of White Pine Road on Monday. The dog was gone upon police arrival.
Police received a report about two, small children who were left unattended in a vehicle at Snappy’s Convenience Store. The vehicle and caller were gone upon police arrival.
On Monday a 22-year-old DuBois woman reported being harassed via text message by a known 23-year-old Falls Creek woman. Police handled the situation without incident.
A 19-year-old Rockton woman reported Tuesday that while she was at work at Eat ‘N Park, someone struck and damaged her vehicle while it was in the parking lot.
On Tuesday a 71-year-old Treasure Lake man reported receiving a fraudulent message on his computer.
On Tuesday employees of YRC reported that someone took batteries and cables valued at $350 from a truck parked in the yard on Satterlee Road.
