Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of DUI occurred Friday in the 700 block of East Spruce St., Philipsburg Borough. A 56-year-old Philipsburg man was found passed out in the driver’s seat of his vehicle. His keys were in the ignition and the vehicle was running. Further investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol. The man was taken into custody for DUI and transported to the Mount Nittany Medical Center for blood testing.  Formal charges are pending the blood test results.
