- An incident of DUI occurred Sunday on South Kersey Road in Fox Township. A 40-year-old Kersey woman was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be under the influence of alcohol. Laboratory testing confirmed her blood-alcohol content was above the legal limit. Charges were filed through the district court.
- An incident of burglary/criminal mischief occurred Saturday on Grant Road in Ridgway Township. Someone forcibly entered the victim’s residence and damaged a computer monitor. - An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred Saturday in the parking lot near the Benezette Store in Benezette Township. Someone removed an amplifier and subwoofer from the victim’s vehicle. - An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Thursday or Friday in a wooded area along Hayes Road in Fox Township. Someone damaged a mailbox that belonged to the victim. - An incident of retail theft occurred Friday at Wal-Mart in Fox Township. A 32-year-old Ridgway woman removed approximately $52.51 worth of merchandise without paying for the items. She was stopped by Wal-Mart associates, as she was leaving the store. Charges of retail theft and criminal trespass were filed through the district court.
