Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred Friday along Fourth Street and adjacent to East Pine Street in Philipsburg Borough. Someone threw mustard on the victim’s white, 2002 Lincoln Town Car. State police searched the area with negative results. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
An incident of DUI occurred Sunday on South Eagle Valley Road near Sunnyside Hollow Road in Worth Township. A 41-year-old Julian woman was allegedly observed committing several traffic violations. Upon making contact with her, it was determined she was under the influence of alcohol. She was taken into custody, and charges are currently pending the results of blood tests.
An incident of DUI occurred Sunday on state Route 3040 near Sunnyside Hollow Road in Port Matilda Borough. A 46-year-old Julian man was stopped after he allegedly committed several traffic violations. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the Mount Nittany Medical Center for blood testing. Charges are currently pending blood test results.
