Police Report: Curwensville Borough

Seven, different complaints have been received about individuals who are entering unlocked vehicles in the area of TempleHeights and Irwin Hill. Residents are reminded to keep their vehicles and residences locked at all times.
A domestic dispute occurred in the area of Ridge Avenue for which a Curwensville man was taken into custody. The man was later released.
The investigation is continuing into an incident of harassment during which a known female allegedly directed a threat toward a male.
A motorist who was believed to be DUI was reported to police while traveling from Grampian into Curwensville. The motorist reportedly passed the victim in a no passing zone at a high rate of speed in the area of the old Wild Wood Inn. This incident was advised to the state police, as it was in PikeTownship. Curwensville Borough police didn’t observe the vehicle.
