Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Wednesday at the Glen Hope Park, where an Irvona woman and a Morann man engaged in an argument. The argument turned physical when he allegedly grabbed her and shoved her into a car door. He then allegedly smacked her in the head. As a result, the man was charged with harassment through the district court.
