Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of burglary occurred sometime Thursday or Friday at a Water Street residence in Philipsburg Borough. Someone entered the victim’s residence through a basement door. Once inside they opened a safe that belonged to the victim and removed, cash, credit cards, a checkbook and several valuable coins. Total loss is estimated at $950.
