The caller said her medical supplies were in and would be shipped to her; however, the resident hadn’t placed an order. Police would like to remind residents not to provide any personal, insurance or financial information to anyone under these or similar circumstances.
- A missing juvenile, Nathaniel Condon, was located, according to police.
- A vehicle was repossessed in Hyde.
- Police received questions about a civil issue.
- Police are investigating an alleged incident of sexual assault that occurred on Old Town Road.
- An incident of loitering and prowling at night occurred on Dairy Lane.
- The investigation is continuing into an incident of fraud.
- A civil, property dispute that occurred on Turnpike Avenue was reported to police.
- Charges were filed after an incident of retail theft at the Wal-MartSupercenter.
- Police responded to a civil dispute on Clark Street and informed the people involved of their options.
- An incident of harassment by communications occurred that stemmed from an incident at the ClearfieldAreaHigh School.
- Police responded to a vehicle accident and damage to unattended property in the Hyde area. Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 1994/1995 Ford Crown Victoria with frontend damage. It reportedly struck a fence on Lawrence Avenue and caused damage and then fled the scene.
- The investigation is continuing into a computer scam that was reported to police.
- A Beagle was reportedly running loose along state Route 879. The dog was located and placed at the local SPCA.
- A resident reported lost keys to police. The keys are for a Nissan and were lost at the Clearfield Mall. Anyone with information about the keys is asked to contact LawrenceTownship police.
- A traffic violation occurred on Morrison Road.
- Children were reportedly left unattended in a vehicle at the Wal-MartSupercenter. Police arrived and didn’t locate any children in the vehicle.
- A suspicious/disabled vehicle was reported on U.S. Route 322/Route 153. Police determined it was located in PineTownship.
- A disabled vehicle was reported on Center Street near River Road.
- Police investigated an incident of indecent exposure.
- The investigation is continuing into a stolen all-terrain vehicle.
- A stolen Jeep was recovered by police. It had been stolen from the DuBois/Brockway area. The Jeep was turned over to the DuBois-based state police.
- Police are investigating an incident of indecent exposure and open lewdness. The suspect’s identity is known by police.
- Police were contacted about a possible crime; however, the incident was civil in nature. The caller was advised of the proper procedures for handling civil issues.
- An incident of theft occurred at the R-Bar during which a known person stole items from a patron’s purse. The items were recovered by police, and the victim hasn’t decided on whether or not to have charges filed.
- Police are investigating an attempted burglary that occurred in the O’Shanter area. Police have a person of interest. Â
- A domestic dispute occurred at the Lawrence Park Villages Apartment Complex. The incident was handled at the scene. Both persons were advised that any further disturbance would result in an arrest of one or both of them.
- A motorist was assisted on U.S. Route 322 east of Clearfield.
- A traffic violation occurred on Turnpike Avenue; however, the suspect was gone prior to police arrival.
- A hit-and-run accident occurred on Morrison Road. A red-colored vehicle struck a split rail fence, causing extensive damage to it. Police have recovered pieces of the vehicle, and the investigating is continuing at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the LawrenceTownship police.
- A civil, property dispute was reported to police. The persons were advised of the proper procedures for handling a civil issue.
- Police responded to the ClearfieldHospital for an alleged assault that occurred at the ClearfieldMiddle School. The suspect is known to police, and the investigation is continuing at this time.
- Police responded to a Kerr Addition residence after receiving a 911 hang-up call. The resident had accidentally dialed 911 while attempting to make a call.
