Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of theft by unlawful taking was reported Thursday on North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 17-year-old boy told state police a known person had stolen his computer. Further investigation revealed that the boy had made a false report, and the computer hadn’t been stolen.  The investigation is continuing at this time.
