Police Report: Lawrence Township

Three people were apprehended in an area park. The first was on a drug warrant and the second was an absconder. Two of the three led police on a short foot pursuit, while one was taken into custody immediately. Two individuals were jailed in lieu of bail; two have additional drug charges pending at this time. Clearfield and Curwensville Borough police and the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene.
Police assisted state parole with searching for two individuals at a Turnpike Avenue residence.
An incident of fraud was reported to police.
A parking complaint was reported on Mapes Avenue.
An incident of harassment was reported to police.
Police have a suspect and continue to investigate a theft that occurred at the Lawrence Park Village Apartment Complex.
The investigation is continuing into the theft of a checkbook.
A child custody issue was reported to police that involved a teen.
A child custody issue, which involved multiple children, was reported to police.
Property was reportedly damaged along Coal Hill Road.
An incident of harassment, which also involved a neighbor dispute, occurred along Coal Hill Road.
A driver’s license was recovered from the Clearfield Mall.
A suspicious vehicle was reported to police; however, it fled the scene prior to police arrival.
A hit-and-run accident occurred along Washington Avenue.
