Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

A protection from abuse violation/harassment incident occurred Thursday on Railroad Street in Rush Township. A 24-year-old Philipsburg man was arrested after allegedly being involved with a domestic dispute with two female family members. He was found to be in violation of a PFA order and taken from the scene. The man was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Allen Sinclair.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred Tuesday on the Port Matilda Highway in Rush Township. An 18-year-old woman allegedly damaged a 20-year-old Philipsburg man’s in-dash DVD player. Charges have been filed through the district court.
