Mary M. Pilosky, 82, of Morrisdale died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the Mountain Laurel Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield. Born Nov. 11, 1930 in Grassflat, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Anna Franek Yatchik.
Mrs. Pilosky was a member of the St. Severin Roman Catholic Church, Drifting. She was a homemaker.
She was married to John J. Pilosky on Aug. 18, 1952 at the St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Drifting. He preceded her in death on Oct. 19, 1998.
She’s survived by a daughter, Marilyn Anderson and her husband, Erling of Winburne; two sons, Joseph Pilosky and his wife, Robin of Morrisdale and Jeffrey Pilosky and his companion, Heidi Route of Centre Hall; four grandchildren, Cory Josephson, Jeffrey Pilosky, James Pilosky and Kaden Pilosky; and two sisters, Agnes Gennamore of Buffalo, NY and Alice Bungo of Brisbin.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Yatchik.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Johnson Funeral Home, Grassflat, with the Father David A. Perry Jr. officiating. Â Â Burial will be in the St. Severin Roman Catholic Cemetery, Drifting.
Friends will be received from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of services Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
