Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred at Windy Hill Village on Thursday in Rush Township in which an unknown caller made threatening phone calls. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
