Jeff Tech students participated in the Pennsylvania Skills Competition from April 3-5 in Hershey. Jeff Tech sent 21 students to compete in 16 competitions and of those four students placed in the Top 3.
Justin Gooden, who is a protective services student, finished first in the criminal justice competition. As a state champion, he will compete at nationals in Kansas City, MO in June.
Other place winners included Luke Shaffer, who finished second in technical computer applications and Lance Neal and Dennis Klaiber, who finished third place in the building trade technology and first aid and CPR competitions, respectively.
