PHILIPSBURG – A 27-year-old Philipsburg man, Donald Lee White Jr., has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a known 13-year-old victim between the months of June and September of 2012 in a wooded area of Philipsburg Borough.
According to the Philipsburg-based state police, White was charged Friday with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault. He was already incarcerated and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Leslie Dutchcot. White was remanded to the Centre County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 straight bail.
White’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday at the Centre County Courthouse.
