Karrie Bonsell, of Tyrone has been promoted to payroll manager at Altoona Regional Health System. Her responsibilities include the supervision of the Payroll department and two payroll clerks.
Bonsell obtained an associate degree in specialized business/business administration-accounting from South Hills Business School, State College.
