An incident of harassment occurred during which a 22-year-old Clearfield man was upset that a local restaurant would not serve him. Police spoke to the employees who stated they did not serve him because he was being disorderly with them. The man was advised the establishment had the right not to serve him.
Police assisted the fire department at 1004 Daisy St. for a fire alarm. The alarm was set off by accident.
While on routine patrol, police found an open door at the Clearfield County Administrative Offices and an open window at the Clearfield County Courthouse. Police searched the buildings but did not locate anybody inside. There didn’t appear to be anything stolen. Police notified the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department to secure the building. They requested police provide extra patrol until morning.
