Police Report: DuBois PSP

A 30-year-old Wellsboro man was stopped for speeding Saturday on Interstate 80 westbound at mile-marker 88 in Washington Township. He was found in possession of suspected marijuana, pills and drug paraphernalia. The man will be arraigned on charges of possession with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and summary traffic violations. The accused is being held at the Jefferson County Jail.
An incident of theft occurred sometime Saturday or Sunday on Horseshoe Drive in Huston Township. Someone stole a Honda generator and waste-water pump from a Penfield man’s carport. The items have an estimated value of $400. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the DuBois-based state police at 814-371-4652.
