Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of theft by deception and receiving stolen property occurred Wednesday in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Fox Township. A woman allegedly accepted $160 from a 16-year-old St. Marys girl in exchange for a stolen cellular phone.
