Alice M. Moriarty, 92, of Lewis Run died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at The Pavilion at BRMC, Bradford. She was born March 12, 1921 in Decatur Township.
On Oct. 27, 1941 in Cumberland, MD, she married Thomas Moriarty, who died May 29, 1982.
She is survived by two daughters, Ruth McDowell and her husband, Richard of Bradford and Patricia Moriarty of Erie; one sister, Shirley Hockenberry and her husband, Tom of Hawk Run and one brother, George Gutschall and his wife, Pam of New Liberty.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Florence and Ruth and two brothers, Tom and Ed.
She was a1938 graduate of Philipsburg High School.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at the David K. Dahlgren Funeral Home, 228 N. Centre St. Philipsburg, with the Rev. Timothy D. Richmond officiating. Burial will be in Allport Cemetery.
There will be no public visitation.
