WORTH TOWNSHIP – The Philipsburg-based state police have initiated an investigation into an incident of theft by deception.
According to the report, between Feb. 10, 2011 and March 21, 2013, someone defrauded a victim of nearly $12,000. No further information was provided in the report.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
