Spikes’ Wells wins CBICC Spirit Award

Spikes manager of promotions and community relations David Wells has been honored by the Chamber of Business and Industry of Centre County (CBICC) as winner of its 2013 Spirit Award. The award was presented to David on March 13 at the CBICC’s annual Awards Gala.
