Five Spikes alums nearing MLB debuts in ’13

Entering the 2013 season, a total of 16 former State College Spikes players have reached the major leagues, including five who made their big league debuts in 2012. A number of former Spikes are currently in major league spring training camps trying to make their cases to be considered for a big league promotion in 2013. We take a look at five alums with the best chance of receiving their call to the big leagues this year.
