Sasa Borovnjak posted his first career double-double with 15 points and a career high 10 rebounds and Penn State (10-19; 2-15 Big Ten) used dominating starts to both halves to post a 66-59 victory over Northwestern (13-17; 4-13 Big Ten) Thursday in Evanston, Ill.
