Ann C. “Cookie” (Zurick) Lefebvre, 81, of Houtzdale died Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Clearfield Hospital.
She is survived by her son, Michael A. “Mickey” Lefebvre of Houtzdale.
There will be no public visitation and services are private and at the convenience of her family.
