Police Report: DuBois PSP

No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident at 9:53 a.m. Saturday on Coal Hill Road in Brady Township. Joyce A. Starr, 53, of Luthersburg was traveling northbound when a green Suzuki pulled out from Brumbaugh Road in front of her vehicle. She swerved to the right to avoid striking the vehicle but traveled off the east berm, where her vehicle struck a tree. She was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 2 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. Sunday in Falls Creek Borough. A DuBois man allegedly became disorderly at the Pine Inn, and afterward he went to a Falls Creek woman’s residence, where he damaged the front door and her personal property inside. The man was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
