- An incident of theft of services occurred between 4 p.m. Jan. 30 and 4 p.m. Monday on Berwind Street in Irvona Borough. Someone has been using a 66-year-old Irvona woman’s dumpster to dispose of garbage. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Clearfield-based state police at 814-857-3800.
- An incident of theft, fraud and forgery occurred sometime between Jan. 25 and Friday on Curtin Street in Osceola Mills. An 18-year-old Osceola Mills man allegedly stole four checks from a 40-year-old Osceola Mills woman and made them out to himself. He then allegedly cashed two checks for a total of $500. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
