Police assisted Clearfield Jefferson Mental Health at a residence on Turnpike Avenue.
A two-vehicle accident occurred on South Second Street and Ogden Avenue. There was minor damage; no injuries were reported.
The investigation is continuing into an alleged assault that occurred after 3 p.m. yesterday at the Clearfield Driving Park. A 13-year-old was struck in the back of the head. The teenager was treated at the Clearfield Hospital for related injuries.
