GULICH TOWNSHIP – A 49-year-old Tyrone man has been accused of raping a 16-year-old Holidaysburg girl sometime between June 1, 2012 and Sept. 30, 2012 in Gulich Township, according to the Clearfield-based state police.
According to the police report, the man would allegedly transport the girl from Blair County to a residence in Clearfield County. Once there he would allegedly force the girl to have “sexual and deviate sexual intercourse” with him against her will.
The investigation is continuing at this time. State police are being assisted by the Blair County Children, Youth and Family Services.
