WINSLOW TOWNSHIP – A 51-year-old Reynoldsville man has been accused in a rape incident that allegedly occurred sometime between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Dec. 17 at a residence in Winslow Township.
The DuBois-based state police have identified the man as Donald Paul Tressler, 51, of Reynoldsville. He’s been charged with one count each of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and two counts of indecent assault. Tressler allegedly raped a 46-year-old woman; no further information was released in the state police report.
On Monday an arrest warrant was served on Tressler, and he appeared before Magisterial District Judge David Inzana. Tressler is incarcerated at the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $75,000 monetary bail. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Jan. 17 before Inzana, according to court documents.
