BROCKWAY – Linda Stewart, BS/LPN has joined Guardian Home & Community Services as executive director of Home Care Specialties at their Brockway headquarters.Â
Stewart will manage all facets of the home care side of the business, including staffing, new business development, community relations and compliance.Â
Stewart has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, with the last several years dedicated to home care as branch manager for CareGivers America in its Williamsport office.
Her nursing credentials consist of several hospitals in central Pennsylvania, including the Geisinger Medical Group, where she specialized in cardiopulmonary, echocardiography and pediatric cardiology. She covered a broad range of assignments, including emergency room, med-surg and intensive care.Â
Stewart transitioned those skills to pharmaceutical sales with seven years spent working for Bristol-Myers Squibb and inVentive Commercial Services as both a territory sales manager and a district sales trainer. She won many awards for exceeding sales goals.Â

Stewart has a Bachelor of Science degree in health care management and health care science with a minor in marketing along with many certifications and awards.
She is married with a son and daughter, both in college and currently resides in Lock Haven.
