Josephine D. Randolph, 79, of Treasure Lake in DuBois died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 at her home.
Born July 1, 1933 in Yazoo City, MS, she was the daughter of the late Erie Fields and Louise (Strickland) Fields Upton.
She was married William F. Randolph for 35 years. He preceded her in death.
In January of 1980, she moved to Treasure Lake.
She retired from the Social Security Administration after 32 years of service.
She graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
She was very active in Ladies of the Lake where she had served as past president.
She’s survived by her children, Erie Daniels and his wife, Melissa of Vaughan, MS; Dale Randolph and his wife, Marla of Little Rock, AR; Marlene Schrepp and her husband, Doug of Vancleave, MS; and Darlene Randolph and her husband, Berine Williams of Moss Point, MS; 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Episcopal Church of Our Saviour located at 400 Liberty Blvd. in DuBois with the Rev. Melinda Hall officiating.
