A hit-and-run accident occurred in the area of South Second Street and Ogden Avenue. The operator of a black Honda lost control, striking a tree. The operator fled the area and was last seen in the Carbon Mine Road area of Lawrence Township.
An incident of assault occurred at the YMCA during which a 17-year-old juvenile was assaulted by another juvenile. The victim was treated at the Clearfield Hospital for his injuries. The investigation is continuing at this time.
Police responded to the Clearfield Hospital for an alleged assault. A 16-year-old juvenile stated he was assaulted on Van Valzah Avenue by three unknown people. The investigation is continuing at this time.
A group of juveniles was observed being disorderly at Upper Witmer Park. Police spoke to the juveniles and warned them of their actions.
A disabled vehicle was located along Williams Street, and police provided traffic control until the vehicle could be removed.

While on patrol, police observed a vehicle being driven through a yard on Witmer Street. Two passengers, a 21-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man were cited for having open containers of alcohol in the vehicle.
Police were contacted about a stolen cell phone and located the female who might have stolen the phone. She admitted to the incident; however, the owner did not want to pursue charges.
