Police Report: DuBois City

An incident of theft occurred at approximately 10:43 a.m. Monday at a business located in the 200 block of South Jared Street. The victim told police that while working in recent weeks, she’s noticed money missing from her wallet. Police have a suspect, and the investigation is continuing at this time.
An incident of criminal mischief was reported at approximately 2:32 p.m. on East Long Avenue. The victim told police that someone had keyed their vehicle. The investigation is continuing at this time. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the DuBois City police.

A student was found in possession of a marijuana joint at school at approximately 9:01 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of Jeffers Street. Upon arrival police conducted an investigation; charges are currently pending against the student.
