UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State will return to Beaver Stadium for the final two games of the season, starting with the Nov. 17 contest vs. Indiana. Kick time for the game against the Hoosiers has been set for noon.
The Big Ten Leaders Division clash will be televised by BTN. Coverage on the Penn State Sports Network and www.GoPSUsports.com will begin at 10:30 a.m.
Coach Bill O’Brien’s Nittany Lions (6-3, 4-1) will be hosting the Hoosiers for the first time since 2009. The teams began meeting annually in 2011 as Leaders Division rivals. Penn State and Indiana first played in 1993 and will be meeting for the 16th time.
Penn State will visit No. 18/16 Nebraska on Saturday, Nov. 10, before hosting the Hoosiers and Wisconsin to conclude the season. The clash with the Cornhuskers will kick at 2:30 p.m. CT in Memorial Stadium and be an ABC regional telecast, with coverage on ESPN2 in the rest of the nation.
Indiana has won its last two Big Ten games and hosts Wisconsin on Saturday in a Leaders Division game before traveling to Happy Valley.
The announcement of the Indiana kick time brings the total of known Penn State start times and television information to 11 for this season. Penn State has played on TV in 225 of its last 227 games, including national appearances on ESPN (Ohio, Illinois, Northwestern and Ohio State), ABC (Virginia) and ABC/ESPN (Navy and Temple), ESPNU (Purdue) and BTN (Iowa) this season.
The Nittany Lions are coming off their third consecutive Big Ten road win, 34-9 at Purdue, as Matt McGloin threw for 321 yards and two touchdowns. Penn State held Purdue to it fewest points since 2008.
