An incident of harassment occurred at 6:20 Oct. 22 when a known 28-year-old Philipsburg man allegedly pushed a known 9-year-old Philipsburg boy into the side of a trailer. Charges are to be filed through the district court.
An incident of harassment occurred at 8 p.m. Sunday when a 17-year-old Philipsburg boy and a 39-year-old Philipsburg man engaged in an argument during which both alleged they were shoved by each other. Summary harassment charges were filed against both through the district court.
No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident that occurred at 10:40 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 322 near Dry Hollow Road in Rush Township. A vehicle operated by Kimberly A. Sweitzer, 36, of Brookville and another operated by a 17-year-old boy were traveling westbound. The boy was ahead of the Sweitzer vehicle, which then passed him. Upon passing, the Sweitzer vehicle abruptly slowed down in front of the boy’s vehicle. The boy subsequently rear-ended the Sweitzer vehicle. Neither Sweitzer nor her two passengers was injured; the boy wasn’t injured. All occupants were wearing their seatbelts. The boy’s vehicle sustained severe damage.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 8:30 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. Friday in the parking area in front of a Walnut Street residence in Chester Hill Borough. Someone threw eggs and struck a 26-year-old Philipsburg man’s 2006 Chevrolet Sedan. Damage was estimated at $10.
