Police Report: Lawrence Township

A three-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Fulton and West Front streets. Quincy Lansberry of Clearfield traveled through a steady red light at which point he impacted a vehicle driven by Rita McConnell of Clearfield. The McConnell vehicle subsequently traveled into a parking lot, where it impacted a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Two vehicles were towed from the scene.
A traffic hazard was reported on the Clearfield-Shawville Highway, where an unknown vehicle had spilled fuel and caused the roadway to become slick.
A traffic sign was reportedly obstructing a travel lane on the Clearfield-Curwensville Highway. Police arrived and discovered it had been removed from the roadway.
A civil dispute was reported between a landlord and tenant. Police referred the complainant to the appropriate agencies.
A juvenile who was accompanied by his parents was interviewed about a recent theft incident. He admitted to the theft and police recovered the missing items. Charges are currently pending.
Police assisted with a psychological emergency.
An incident of disorderly conduct occurred at the Lawrence Park Village Apartments. Someone had thrown a half-eaten hoagie and a bar of soap at an apartment door. No one witnessed the incident, which remains under investigation.
