The Foundation for Life is helping kick off the holiday season with a special opportunity for you to celebrate and participate with the community in support of Altoona Regional’s community health missions.
Holiday Splendor, a unique Foundation for Life fund-raiser, features holiday and non-holiday gift items, baskets and decorated Christmas trees. It will be held Friday, Nov. 9, at the Calvin House in Duncansville. Tickets are $90 per person.
This event is the celebration of the season – an evening of sparkling champagne, great food, delicious desserts and lots of fun, including spirited auctions and entertainment.
Proceeds from this year’s gala and auction will be applied to the purchase of cardiac monitors for use in the Maternity department to assess the vital signs of newborns.
If you cannot attend but wish to participate, opportunities exist to donate an item, basket, wreath or tree for the evening’s fun-filled live and silent auctions. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
