Police located a road barrier that was struck by someone. It was lying in the middle of the roadway on East Market Street and had sustained extensive damage.
Police were requested to check the welfare of a woman who was possibly in the East End area. She wasn’t in the area and the complainant was advised of the same.
Police stopped a vehicle that turned from Bridge Street onto North Second Street.  It was traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. The vehicle was stopped in the parking lot of Thompson and Buck and the driver was found to be driving under the influence.
