CLEARFIELD – A 44-year-old Lebanon, MO man who has been accused of sexually assaulting a young girl waived his right to a preliminary hearing during Centralized Court Wednesday at the Clearfield County Jail.

“He told me if I ever told, he would deny it and nobody would believe me,” said the victim, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
