Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of simple assault occurred at 4:30 p.m. Thursday on North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough after an 18-year-old boy allegedly punched a 12-year-old boy in the face, causing a laceration to the victim’s right cheek. Charges will be filed through the district court.
