UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State men’s hockey single-game tickets are on sale now for the Nittany Lions’ 15 home games at Greenberg Ice Pavilion during the 2012-13 season. The 2012-13 campaign will mark the program’s first season at the NCAA Division I level.
Single-game tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth (12 and under). There will be fewer than 100 single-game tickets available for each home game.
Fans can purchase tickets by calling 1-800-NITTANY or by visiting the Athletic Ticket Office at the Bryce Jordan Center weekdays from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tickets are also currently on sale for Penn State’s Oct. 13 matchup against AIC at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Fans can purchase tickets at the arena’s box office or at Ticketmaster.com.
Fans interested in joining the ticket waiting list for Pegula Ice Arena can do so by calling 1-800-NITTANY. The future home of Penn State Hockey, Pegula Ice Arena is currently under construction near the corner of University Drive and Curtin Road. Pegula Ice Arena will be completed prior to the start of the 2013-14 season, coinciding with the inaugural season of the Big Ten Hockey Conference.
The Nittany Lions’ 2012-13 home schedule includes their first-ever NCAA game against AIC on Oct. 12 and pair of contests against 2012 NCAA tournament participant Air Force Nov. 9-10. Penn State will also welcome NCAA opponents Buffalo State (Nov. 3), Robert Morris (Dec. 15), Neumann (Jan. 15) and Alabama Huntsville (Feb. 8-9), as well as the U.S. National Under-18 Team (Jan. 11-12) and three club opponents (Arizona State – Nov. 30-Dec. 1, Ohio – Feb 2, Oklahoma – Feb. 15-16).
