Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of DUI occurred at approximately 1 a.m. Sunday along U.S. Route 322 and Ninth Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 69-year-old Philipsburg man was stopped after he was observed crossing the right fog line several times. He was found under the influence of alcohol and transported for blood testing. Formal charges are to be filed for DUI and several summary traffic violations pending blood test results.
