RIDGWAY – A 25-year-old Phoenix, AZ man was allegedly assaulted sometime between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. Saturday at the Summit Motel in Ridgway Township.
According to the Ridgway-based state police, the man reported being assaulted by an unknown suspect outside his motel room. He was allegedly cut several times with a knife, before the suspect fled the scene.
The man was transported to the Elk Regional Health Center via ambulance for medical treatment.
