Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of burglary and attempted theft occurred at 3 a.m. Friday on Walnut Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 48-year-old Philipsburg man observed suspects inside his camper, while it was parked outside his residence. The suspects entered the camper through an unlocked door and rummaged through it.
