Patricia E. (Sheehan) Crawford, 84, of Philipsburg died Friday at the Clearfield Hospital. Born Jan. 1, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Josephine (Knowles) Sheehan.
Mrs. Crawford was a member of the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Philipsburg.
She served as the operator for the Bell Telephone Company until 1957. She graduated from the Philipsburg High School in 1946.
She was a homemaker and mother.
In October 1955, she married Robert Boyd Crawford in Philipsburg. He preceded her in death Dec. 1, 1981.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Honora Ann Johnson.
Mrs. Crawford is survived by a son, Walter B. “Wally” Crawford and a sister, Eva Hirst Sheehan Bumbarger, both of Philipsburg and by many loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, Philipsburg, with the Rev. Robert J. Kelly Officiating. Burial will be in the Philipsburg Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until the hour or services Tuesday at the funeral home.
